Engineered for the rigors of industrial environments, our cargo elevators provide seamless vertical transport for goods, machinery, and palletized loads. Available in both Hydraulic (low-rise, high-torque) and Traction (high-rise, high-speed) configurations, these lifts are designed to maximize uptime and warehouse efficiency.
Drive System Options
- Hydraulic Guide Rail (The "Brute"): Best for factories and warehouses with 2–5 floors. Uses a direct-acting piston for maximum lifting power and stability without the need for overhead machinery.
- Traction (The "Speedster"): Ideal for high-throughput distribution centers. Features a machine-room-less (MRL) design that saves floor space and consumes 30% less energy through counterweight balancing.
Loading Classifications (ASME/EN Compliance)
To ensure structural integrity, our units are built to specific loading classes:
- Class A: General Freight (Manual loading or hand trucks).
- Class B: Motor Vehicle Loading (Designed for cars and light trucks).
- Class C1/C2: Industrial Truck Loading (Allows for power-operated forklifts to drive onto the platform).
Advanced Safety Systems
- Door Interlocks: Mechanical and electrical locks prevent the lift from moving unless all gates are securely closed.
- Rupture Valve (Hydraulic only): Automatically stops the lift in the unlikely event of a hydraulic line failure.
- Overload Protection: Visual and audible alarms prevent the lift from operating if the weight limit is exceeded.
- Slack-Rope Safety: Instant braking system if any suspension cable loses tension.
